HELP!!!!
We?ve been without DISH NETWORK for almost a month and there are no answers in sight. Our main interest is in getting NBC, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, ABS, PBS, FOX, HIST, and USA. Any other channel that comes with a package is welcome. SKY doesn?t have it - even the most expensive. Anyone out there that can recommend a system that we can obtain locally? We don?t want to wait any longer "to see if they can fix DISH" and we are still paying for it. Thanks. :) Martha |

RE: SATELLITE TV
Martha, Dish-USA does appear to be a 'dead duck' for its loyal Mexico based subscribers. I am getting some Shaw Direct [Star Choice] boxes out of Canada plus some custom LNB's from a supplier in Wisconsin then I'll souce a larger dish here and try to find a technician to aim and initialize it. These are a bit trickier than Dish but if it works the programming should be even better than Dish USA - you'll get Canadian channels + USA networks, PBS and the BBC. I expect to have the equipment in 2-3 weeks and will take the bus to Laredo to fetch it. I'll keep everyone posted on how it goes.
