This honey the consistency of soft peanut butter comes from a coop near Dolores Hidalgo close by the water conservation project CERECALY. The sweet stuff is for sale at the restaurant-bar that was called Un dia sin ti at the foot of Sangre de Cristo, same side as Cafe Tal. Price: 60 pesos for what looks to me like a pint container.
