I love the town but you can't look at the entire city through rose colored glasses. Even though everyone jumped on the dog crap fellow, one has to admit there is still is a lot of dog poo around. And I have to say the people who I have heard complain most are Mexican citizens of the town, not some Gringo on a high horse.
Otherwise I personally spent 2 full days loading up over 20 full contractor bags of garbage from the triangle at the top of Perros Muertos, near Tunnel Noreste and I noticed a month later it was completely piled with trash again. Not a lot of civic pride where the street crews don't clean up every day. Still I suppose like the US it's love it or leave it, so lucky there are so many in love. :-) |
