Thanks for your interest, Doyle. Already have the wheelchair accessible central building (a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with large kitchen and sala, built on one level) and 7000m land for building cottages. Beautiful country setting with spectacular views. Will need to form a corporation or equivalent of an LLC, the idea being that residents will be shareholders who own the community equally. This is the ownership model most used in the U.S. for co-housing communities. It gives residents lifetime security and allows for the sale of their cottage, should they choose. The idea here is on a smaller scale, though, probably 8-10 residents maximum. There are many, many details to be worked out yet!
