Logged in Online, from the BOA Web page you would select:

Transfers/At Other Banks
In the From section, you would select your BOA account
In the To section, you would click (Add account/recipient)

You would select the International radio button and fill out the info for the Mexican Bank Account you are wire transferring the money to.

You'll need to provide your account's CLABE number and select your bank by name, or enter the Swift Code associated with the Mexican bank.
If you have any questions, I'd call BOA's toll free number and communicate with your Mexican bank as to what numbers are needed to a wire transfer. BOA helped me setting this up.
