Well after a lot of steps and questions I feel confident saying there is no place here that can send an international fax, ugh. Casa de Moneda did, until last month. PapelerÃas in Baratillo and Reforma still have signs advertisng fax services, but no longer. Outdated form of commnication, but still the method of choice for the US Treasury. I will try Robert7 internet suggestion.
