I haven't had any problems either with debit card or credit card with chip. I use my BOA card at Santander because they have an arrangement and don't charge any fees for using their ATM's.
The cards with chips are more secure and the US is way behind in making them the norm. The only thing I object to is the 3% international transaction fee that most cards charge, but it is very easy to get cards that waive that. |
