Mature female student looking for place in Dec/Jan

Hi. I'm a 53-yr-old married writer/aspiring Spanish speaker looking for two-month rental in GTO (my third visit--I love this town!) in December and January. I am bright, cheerful, neat, and responsible. I'd like a safe, quiet, pretty place with heat, if possible. Must be downtown, ideally near the Embajadores Park/baseball stadium. Could be a room in a house or small 1-bedroom or studio apt. $1000/month or less. Bilingual or only Spanish speakers a plus, as I am trying to improve my fluency.
