Neighborhood watch in San Miguel de Allende

Well I think if there already is one it's not working. I've met you Doyle and know you live on the opposite side of town from me. So I'm not going to be a lot of help to you. But I like the idea of labeling different neighborhoods. Establishing groups in each of the neighborhoods and then having all the groups come together occasionally to tell stories and brainstorm. By working together we might find that criminals are either stagnant to a specific neighborhood or moving around. I have time, motivation and ideas and am willing to help in any way I can. I'm fairly certain with numbers working together we could catch the criminals in our neighborhood
