Burglarized yet again

Yesterday (MONDAY) I spoke to one of the municipal police officers whom I know personally, about the gang of thieves that lurk around the tunel noreste, and he said that they (the POLICE) are very aware of them, but have no proofs of their thefts to be able to arrest them. I believe that if some of us, as a group, go to the central municipal police office, and speak to the commanding officer in charge, that we can design a way to catch these maldito ladrones in the act, and get them put behind bars. If we are serious about stopping this group who are getting more bold day by day, we'll have to put some time, energy, planning and even money where our mouths are.
