RE: Gambusino relatively new craft brewery in Guanajuato
Has anyone tried the other brewhouse in Valenciana on the left across from the sports park's 2nd entrance? What's going on here? Brewing even at a micro scale involves serious investment - is there a market large enough to support three or more breweries in GTO or is it just a fad?
![]() Article here in .pdf [and somewhat tricky to navigate through] I have to admit there are some very tasty brews in MX now. I had a Minerva Imperial Stout in Leon a day or so ago. It was well made and could rival Guinness The Duck speaks from some experience having founded Mariner Brewing Co in Boston in 1981 at a site now occupied as the HQ of another [much more successful] Boston brewer |
