Just ask at their Customer Service and they should be able to arrange it. Or go by either the Plaza del Toros and/or the Train Station and you'll see a collection of trucks looking for work. - mostly for escombro hauls or delivering tabique or arena but they'll take any job - but try customer service 1st .

Does Soriana even sell fridges in their GTO store? And its in San Javier not downtown - are you thinking of Copell/Canada across from the police station? if so, I'd shop around a bit more as their prices always have seemed high to me. Ryse in the Mall is another possibilty. Or take the Metropolitano to Leon and look there: get memberships in Sam's and Costco [or just take free tours to check them out first ] - in the same basic location are larger than GTO Mega and Copell plus a HomeDepot all. Delivery can be arranged - there are trucks outside.
