Looking for car parking for another

We just went through this when upon arrival realized our new apartment did not offer parking for our van. We ended up renting a monthly spot in a parkade accessible on Calzada de Guadalupe just up from the university. They have different rates depending on what you need. We do not drive much in the city so we needed 24 hour parking and it is 1300 pesos per month. Not exactly cheap, but it is 2 blocks from our place and saves us the pain of finding a spot on the street.

If you only need to park from 8 pm to 8 am the rate goes down.
Give yourself some time if you need to sign up for the monthly parking as it requires a trip to the bank and going over some paper work.
