IMSS vs. Seguro Popular?

I am sticking with IMSS. They have a history going back to the first clinic in Nueva Le?n in 1946. I have been very happy with my care there. Three years ago, I was advised to have a procedure at the specialist hospital in Le?n. It was right after the Christmas Holidays when they were very busy, and it was taking some time to get it scheduled. Because I was on a time-schedule, I didn't wait and opted for sooner private treatment, but had I waited IMSS would not only have covered the procedure but for all my transportation costs as well. Though I cannot speak to their specialist care, their routine care is excellent, in my opinion.
