I ended up going to "Auto Servicio Michel" past Escuela Normal and the small glorieta on Paseo de la Presa #83 just past the OXXO. He took my car right away, did a good job, and finished under budget. $400mxn for all new tire valves, checked the tubes, a brake inspection, switched out the master cylinder (I had the part), bled the brakes, an alignment, & some fluids.
