I think the place is called Centro Laurel; it's not located on a plaza. Facing toward the rear of San Fernando Plaza, take the callej?n that leads from the left rear and then wend your way up and to the right, toward Pocitos. Centro Laurel is roughly across from El Lech?n Ilustrado (or from where El Lech?n used to be), if you know where that is or was. "Can't miss it."
