Start a new thread/message
Go to bottom of page to the Add Attachement box
Browse your computer for the file you want to be attached
Click on it to select and load it into the box
Look over to the right of the screen and you'll se a button which says "Add Attachment"
Click on that button and the file attaches
PREVIEW your message just to check [and clear up your typos etc]
POST your message.

Another way, and one more likely to get readers is to post maybe the 1st paragraph of the article and then add a link to the original - you can do it from the WYSIWG bar or manually like this:
[urX]http://fnsnews.nmsu.edu/2013/01/10/mexican-diplomatic-continuity-with-nafta-partners/[/urX] you type the code [urX] in front and then [/urX] at the end
[note replace the large X's with small l's -( if I used correct syntax the example would 'work' and you wouldn't see how its done i.e the result would be : http://fnsnews.nmsu.edu/2013/01/10/mexic...-partners/ where you'd see a clickable link )

Re the other commenter whose computer locked up and will now not even boot. gtolist.com wasn't the cause Admin suggests a little computer maintenance
