Airport Rides
One of our kids, 27 years old, has started a driving service to and from the airport in Leon to Guanajuato. He speaks fluent English and Spanish, is polite, helpful and reliable, and is charging basically the same as the taxis - 450 pesos from the airport to Guanajuato (more if he needs to pay for parking and/or carry luggage to your home) and 350 pesos to the airport from Guanajuato.
