I have no idea how to go about doing that, but a good place to start would be at the Cervantino office. You can put up a banner that you are "official" and it is bound to help business. Thank you to laconstance for your advice. I have gotten two so far from the gtolisters (the other one in person at the restaurant), which I am very grateful for. Keep 'em coming! Laconstance, I have been looking into what you are mentioning, but opinions seem to differ as to whether it is worth it or not. As far as I understand there is an administrative procedure and possibly a fee involved, and it seems as if you apply at some tourism office around Yerbabuena. So, follow up question; Does anyone on gtolist know where to apply for "official" status as a restaurant? And if it turns out to be somewhere around Yerbabuena, does anyone on gtolist know the exact location? Keep contributing with good suggestions in the "sm?gen cervantino contest". They are greatly appreciated! Best,
