The bus company web sites don't seem to be working at all with the Google Chrome browser, and poorly with Firefox. However, they do work well with the new Internet Explorer 9. I hate to give Microsoft its due, but at least for Windows users, IE9 seems to be the most reliable browser right now.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing the actual bus tickets online, as your transaction is likely to crash during the hand-off to and from the bank, and you'll be left wondering whether your transaction went through or not, and end up frantically phoning the call center. |
