Glad that you are all right, and sorry to hear you lost your camera.

This is the second incident in Dos Rios you have reported in 3 months. I guess that neighborhood is not safe any time of day, being that the first incident happened at 11PM and this one at 8AM. Although the times are similar in the fact that one is very early and the other very late. Truthfully, I don't leave the house but between noon and 4PM, ever. It must be a sign of old age.

It seems odd to me that this would be happening 100 yards or so from the Guanajuato's main police station, with perhaps dozens of police vehicles parked on the side walk and no doubt coming and going.

The "high-tech" keys certainly are an interesting aspect. I wish I had a better idea of what they looked like.
