The LTE bands would handle 4G for respective carriers that use the band, all carriers would fit in this range and use sub-set of named bands
The CDMA and EV-DO would handle Verizon 3G
HSPA, HSDPA would handle AT&T & T-Mobile 3G (MoviStar Mexico & Telcel Mexico roaming 3G)
GSM/EDGE would handle AT&T & T-Mobile 2G (MoviStar Mexico & Telcel Mexico roaming 2G)

So if you have an Apple 11 and can't use your MoviStar SIM in it, it looks like a configuration issue.
