This info for the SMA consulate agency was fantastic. They got back to me right away. There are now no restrictions on flying into the US. Terrestrial transit is much more difficult. As for the Visa questions they said that the SMA office is a limited "Consulate agency" not the outright consulate. We will have to go to the actual consulate to discuss the visa issues. Thank you, Thank you, thank you. Nothing like reliable real information (which is getting harder and harder to find or to trust). James |
