Yes, that's a great article and very true. Probably the largest driving factor for my own past narratives in trying to simply say "give it a break" when so many expats are focused on bringing their own form of living and ways here and especially those who believe themselves saviors by trying to infiltrate local cultures with our Gringo ideals and traditions.
