I wouldn't expect much from any wines from Aguascalientes -as far as I know they may just be brandy producers - and if there is wine just hope is above the quality of what is made in Queretero. The best of Mexican wines come from the Baja and Monte Xanic is the best of the best.

Why not drive a few more hours away than Aguascalients and head for Casa Madero [Image: img_logo_madero.gif]between Saltillo and Torreon. Its Mexico's oldest winery [410 years] and is located in the Pueblo Magico of Parras de la Fuente

And if you go don't miss Cuarto Ciengas which is nearby
