James, re difficulty in inserting images: Just use the Insert Icons above the message composition box if your images are on line somewhere you just add the Image URL (alternatively you can load /attach your own images with the Attachment controls located beneath the message composition area) or if you have a Youtube or other video you can click the Video icon and insert its URL. for example here is a video of GTO I just dropped in with a couple of clicks,
