Hello James, we are also from Washington, south of Seattle. My wife, Diane, and I are here for the first time, on a scouting trip. Yesterday was our first day and we were charmed. Going on a walking tour this morning. Clearly not ready to rent yet, but if you’re so inclined, I’d love to see the apt to get further oriented. I understand if you don’t want to waste your time.
