Lots of used clothing on the 2nd floor of Mercado Embajadoras, and new, cheap, clothes in the outdoor stands there on weekends.
Also in the small shops on Sangre de Cristo street, not best quality, but cheap, a variety of prices, some new, used, and discontinued clothes.
