Arriving on Thursday.. need to find cheap winter clothes

Hello everyone, thanks for adding me to this forum :) my name's Heather and I'm from Los Angeles, CA.

I'll be staying in Guanajuato City for a volunteer job for six weeks (till the end of the year, basically), starting on Thursday the 22nd. I'm arriving from the Yucatan (where I also volunteered and it's very hot), so all I have are sweat pants, tank tops, and shorts. And a light hoodie. And a windbreaker.

Um, yikes! I have a feeling I'm going to be very cold there. I haven't experienced actual winter weather in years. I don't have a lot of money (as I'm a volunteer), but I've managed to squeeze a few pesos out of my very tight budget to buy some winter clothes once I arrive.

Where is the best place to buy cheap or used winter clothes? I'm a tall woman (5' 10" or 178cm), and not fussy about my appearance so buying men's clothes is fine. I'm looking for low price, fit, and comfort (not fashion). Definitely need warmer pants and a warm jacket at the very least. And some long underwear that I can layer with the tank tops/t-shirts that I already have.

Any store near there that sells cheap clothes? And I mean CHEAP. If they keep me warm for a couple months I don't care about quality for fashion.

Also if any of you have stuff you'd like to donate my way, I'd accept it happily. Men's or women's clothes, doesn't matter to me :)
