Juan (an artist) and his lovely wife, Daniela (an interior decorator) both deal with products sold by her father, Carlos Hernandez (in San Miguel de Allende) who used to carry a great deal of antique doors imported from the Michoacan area. Not certain about prices but perhaps contacting Carlos directly would provide you with direction of you are looking for.

There was also a place on the way toward Silao just outside of it seen on the bus route from GTO.

Also, there is a place in San Miguel de Allende, on Hidalgo going toward the Fabrica, on the left before the bridge at Calle de la Luz, just a few doors in advance of the bridge. Prices not cheap but reasonable. (Note they are not in a natural state but put through a process of antiquing.)
