Gynecologist and prenatal maternity courses

Dear community,

my wife and I will move from Germany to Guanajuato next month.
As we are expecting a baby :), we are of course very interested in having the right infrastructure.
Therefore, does anybody here have a recommendation for a good Gynecologist in Guanajuato and / or Leon? (We will be living in Marfil)
Also, are there such things like prenatal maternity courses? We have such courses in Germany, where they teach you the things you need to know before, during and after giving birth. It will be our first kid, therefore we are of course very excited and anxious.
