Nutrition talk Monday June 6th reminder - JohnNeffDC - 06-03-2011
This will be a repeat of the Nutrition Talk 2 weeks ago for the people who were interested but had to miss it. We will begin at 7PM and go until about 7:45-8ish. The location is at the Centro Laurel at Cantaritos No.33 next to the Templo San Roque which is just downhill from Positos. Topics will include simple things to cut out of your diet (and what to replace them with) and basic supplement suggestions. RSVP's are appreciated but not mandatory. Free to anyone interested.
