EMERGENCY QUESTIONNAIRE - meroberts - 01-24-2011
I was asked to send this again.
Please see attached documents. You do NOT have to send them to either Joan Romero or me. However, we gladly volunteer, if you live alone, to be the recipients and keepers of this important document since we live here on permanent basis. Envelopes must be sealed and signed over the flap of the envelope to assure confidentiality.
Also, Mrs. Romero will check with her son, Dr. Eduardo Romero, to see if someone can offer a group of us a class on CPR and other emergency methods necessary to take care of an individual in case of an accident or stroke. If you are interested in participating in preparing to become part of an emergency team for the foreign community, please send me a private e-mail at: mer-mx@hotmail.com with the title ?EMERGENCY TEAM? in the subject line.
