Apartment for rent for minimum of 1 month to long term. Located in Callejone de Silva , close to San Geronimo baseball park, above Embajadora. The place has two floors. First floor has a small living area and a kitchenette. Upstairs is bedroom, restroom and a roofed terrace with a wonderful view. The place is simply furnished and has tv and internet available. one must buy their own gas and water. All else is included in rent cost. There is no parking for a car except public parking at street level. The place is perfect for 1 person. 2 folks who can share space as well. If a person has a pet rent is 50 dollars higher per month. its a ten minute walk to either the language schools near presa or to downtown.
