I vote in one of the states that requires a "mailed absentee ballot". Please email me if you are headed stateside and are willing to mail my ballot. Alternatively, if there are any other ex-pats who would like to share a DHL package, that would be great! There is an ex-pat stateside willing to forward absentee ballots addressed to their voting state.
