1-2 Artists to Share Embajadoras Studio-Gallery Space - CatherineH - 09-14-2019
]I will be renting a wonderful space for a combined art studio/gallery/art class space, in Embajadoras, close to the Mercado. The rent is 6,000 pesos, it's about 90 sq meters/1,000 sq ft. I am sharing it for October with one other person. For longterm I need to share with 2 other people. It is off the street a bit, so quite peaceful.
The owner will be painting, removing the glass structure in one of the middle rooms and putting in a utility sink outside.
There is enough space for 3-4 painters/possibly sculptor, to share the space. It will be a great gallery space as well.
The rent will be, for 3 people, 2,000 p /month each, plus 2,000 refundable deposit.
