MercadoLibre has numerous suppliers I don't see any from Guanajuato but they all ship right to your door.

We use Mercado Libre frequently. Great variety, fair prices and totally reliable. They are a working partner of EBay.
Most products include free shipping, and we like having our purchases shipped via DHL to their GTO office held for pickup. This eliminates further additional transport and handling and problems with parcels left on doorsteps.
Almost all those impossible to buy locally items can be found there. I regularly take care of my Grape Nuts cereal and Honey Graham cracker fixes via ML.
