3 month rental needed for 2 persons - James Doran - 10-22-2018
My wife and I have taken three different trips to GTO and want to stay in town there for three months, more or less, to help us to decide if we really do want to buy a home in GTO. We are pretty easy to please. We just don't want to walk into any problems. We are in our sixties, mature professionals. Two bedrooms would be nice but one will do.

You are wise to start early. Finding suitable housing here is the greatest challenge to any longer term stay.
A few suggestions:
FB group Guanajuato Rentas Capital, and several others with similar names.
Casa Solaris real estate agency, both on FB and website
We are 8 year residents and always first issue this caveat: everyone thinks Centro as the place to be. It is, but not to sleep. This is a university town and the action in/around Centro goes hard all night, every night. Look at walkable residential neighborhoods, unless you wish to rock, continuously. These can include Embajadores, Noria Alta, San Javier, La Presa and others.
Marfil is a great residential area but the walk into town means a tunnel trip.
