We're looking for a reliable, knowledgable plumber and also an albañil. We've got hot water problems that our landlords will pay for, but as they do
n't live in town, they've had a problem with getting good folks. We've got a plumber we like, but he uses a cane, and he's said that this will be beyond his capabilities. Some pipes will be re-routed a little bit to help out an on-demand water heater that wasn't put in correctly, and a plastic tile roof over the washroom that the tinaco sits atop will be 'adjusted'...

Ramon is capable of great things but you need to be specific on how you want a job done -
he can do 'cowboy' work that is economical but if you want a fine finish/best materials
you need to spell it out
