where to find firm bed pillows? - louisarogers - 02-12-2018
We have one old bed pillow which we love-- firm, and not too thick. We want another. But now all I see locally are plump, soft pillows with no heft. Anyone know where to buy a firmer pillow? Preferably in GTO itself rather than Leon.

Hi Louisa,
You could look at La Marina in Plaza Pozuelos or La Mega, which sometimes has good pillows.
I bought all my pillows at VIANNEY, downtown, almost directly across the street from La Cruz Roja and Comercial Mexicana. It's a very small store which does mostly catalog orders and they have good quality pillows.
If you are going to spend a bit and/or buy more things (I like their sheets, towels and blankets, too), it's worth becoming a member and then getting the member discounts which aren't listed in the catalog.

I think Vianney has moved to Plaza El Cantador (the newish mall with Office Depot, Aurrerá, etc.). Or perhaps it now has two locations.

There is a Tempur Pedic store in Plaza Mayor in Leon. You might want to check it out.
