Im looking to buy used furniture in san miguel from expats there.Does anyone know of a good website for san miguel expats? Also, does anyone know of someone with a truck in san miguel who can deliver to guanjuato for a reasonable price? Any idea of what the price might be roughly? Also, can someone recommend someone with a truck here in guanajuato who can deliver stuff? id really appreciate it, thanks

Why not hire a yellow flete in GTO ( by the old train station) ? It's going to be a round trip anyway and it keeps a local driver working. You see the trucks just up the street from the station parked along the road.

Also try calling Lavinia's in San Miguel de Allende. They are excellent, move people from the US to Mexico (with smaller payloads) for a reasonable price. Whether they would do a short job to GTO is questionable but it might be worth a try.

Also the expat forum go-to place for San Miguel de Allende is on Yahoo Groups and called the "Civil_SMA". Be forewarned that the list is actually less "civil" than here and the cloak and daggers flow in abundance. Joining that group is defined by the administrator's mood of the day. You may be requested to submit a passport photo or you may be accepted instantly, depending on the mood of the day.
