If you search for Calle Rotario 43-A, Municipio Libre, Guanajuato in Google Maps, it will appear both in Google's map view and Streetview. You enter Calle Rotario from the back side of the lower garage and parking lot of Plaza Pozuelos. The Hatha Yoga studio is about 70 meters ahead, on the left. It appears to be a small white house with a tiny sign (Hatha Yoga).
