Exchange rate - MarionP - 10-14-2016
Heads up I just took some money out at a Santander ATM and when I got home and checked my bank the exchange rate they charged was insane. So 6000 pesos cost me $571 CAD. When I called my Canadian bank they said there is nothing they can do and the Mexican Bank sets the exchange. I was charged .94 and it should of been .69. Not sure if it is just Santander that is charging this or not. But beware!

Nice surprise upon my return to town yesterday, I had a credit in my account for the correction of the exchange rate. Thanks Santander!
