Those of us who have lived in the Pacific Northwest for a long time are experts on this subject, so here's the story. According to Weather Underground, it has rained 445 mm. at the Silao/León airport so far this month. That doesn't include the rain that's coming down as I type this. It rained only 110 mm. for the entire month of August, 2015. So, if you think it has rained a lot recently, it's not just your imagination.

It's seems like more rain than normal in my 6 years experience especially the rain early in the day
