I have searched threads and come up empty. I was wondering if anyone knows if property taxes, water/ sewer and eclectic bills can be paid online. We are building a home in GTO and are in the very early stages of development. We are building on an empty lot that has been vacant for 50 + years. Once the architect /builder establish utilities for our property ( we are not there now) I was going to take the hassle off them for the bill payment. Anyone have experience paying utilities and taxes online? TIA. Mike

Here water/sewer and taxes are only due once a year .... not a lot of stress for someone. Electric is every two months you are probably using very little. Telmex is the only online payment I've heard of

With a Mexican bank account you can setup "autopay" or pay electric online with a Mexican Credit Card

You can pay all the accounts on-line. Water and Electric through your Mexican bank account* . Predial [property tax] can be paid through this website: https://guanajuatocapital.gob.mx/predial/inicio.php You may/maynot be able to use a US [or non-Mexican] credit card.
* you can also pay via the CFE and SIMAPAG sites but I found it easier to pay via my bank account.

Regarding CFE billing, they recently announced that all new accounts/connections are to be billed monthly. Existing accounts will remain on two month cycle for some unstated period, but eventually they too will go to being billed each month.
