Where would it be possible to get a current phone directory with yellow pages for Guanajuato City? Thanks!

Probably - do you have a Telmex landline? Just go to the Telmex office but before going ask yourself if it is worth the effort.
Many folks with landlines are using numbers listed to others [e.g. house owner they rent from]. Some folks [ex-pats and naturalized citz] have asked for unlisted numbers, most folks have cell phones and those numbers are not in the GTO -flip it over --Silao directory and if you are thinking of getting some value out of the Paginas Amarillos most businesses don't bother paying extra for a listing so under Plomeros you might find Ma de Carmen Gnlz instead of her husband Juan Manuel Gtrz Espina. Great directory - mine comes delivered anually in exchange for the old one and an expectation of a propina. On its cover I write the number of the gas company and my neighbor across the street for ready reference.
