Best cell phone? - louisarogers - 11-13-2015
I'm looking to either buy or rent a cell phone that includes incoming and outgoing international calls. Open to either renting for several months, or owning it but w/o service charges when I'm out of the country, which is a lot since I don't live here full-time. Any info appreciated. Telcel has a plan like that as well as some carriers from the US. You can buy a decent Smartfone for around $100 dollars here in Mexico. Ask about the plans at a little Telcel store and their phone prices
