Superbowl - Celine - 01-27-2015

Hello everyone. Last year I went to the Bar Luna to watch the Superbowl. (I don't have a TV, plus, I wanted to watch with other people.) My Seattle friend and I want to watch the game this year, too. Is that the best local place to watch the game?

I'm relatively new in town, so I don't know about the BEST place to watch, but I watched the playoffs at 100 Montaditos in Plaza de la Paz. It's a small place, though, so if there are many of us, it won't work so well...

Coincidentally, I'm also from Seattle. I hope to see you wherever we end up. :)

I'm from Bainbridge. Brought my #12 shirt to Gto.

While I much prefer the NCAA to the NFL, and think that the Super Bowl is 95% hype, I've still got an interest in this one. I've been to a couple of "Halcones Marinos" home games. And, Kam Chancellor and assistant coach Nick Sorensen played for my alma mater, Virginia Tech.

Then you must have enjoyed Kam's "Panther Leap" almost as much as we did!

I checked at Bagel Cafetin, on the Plaza de San Francisco. They have an upstairs room with a good-size TV screen, and they will have the Super Bowl on it.

I don't think 100 Montaditos is a good option. They have only a few tables, and I doubt that they would appreciate having them tied up for four hours by people watching TV.

I'll check out this Bagel Cafetin place; it does sound like a better option than 100 Montaditos.
