Megacable Internet FREE Beta Testing opportunities - admin - 01-16-2015

Megacable is looking for beta testers before launching its new Internet service throughout Guanajuato. Their current testing locations are mostly in the Zona Sur. If you live in one of the areas referenced by the maps below and are interested in trying out the service please e-mail me with your name, address and telephone number and I'll pass your interest along. There will be no cost involved.

Curious if anyone has gotten involved in their test program? Very hopeful this all works well and they soon open full coverage in most areas.

Anything to better TELMEX. And, hopefully will radically drop the price. But, I won't hold my breath on either of those aspects.

I'd jump at a chance to have up to 100mbs service for free. Not sure how long the beta test lasts but it looks like a great ride if you live in the zones where it is being offered - and for the cautious you wouldn't have to give up your trusty super reliable Telmex.
Hey, how many here on gtolist remember Dial-up? I came to gto before that and when it arrived [and not via Telmex at first] it s what allowed me to stay.
