High water bill? - RandR - 12-01-2014
Has anyone experienced a dramatic increase in their water bill in the last couple months? Ours went from the usual $10 or so, to $100 then to $200 the following month. According to our property manager, there are no leaks and all the plumbing is new within the last few years. Any ideas as to what's going on? I'd really like to check it myself, but being in Tucson makes that impossible at this time.
On another note, we're still looking for a property manager, preferably someone with knowledge of household systems and has contacts or the ability to perform minor repairs and is bilingual.

We did have an unusually high one a few months ago, but then it returned to normal.
